On Saturday, March 29, 2025, Hamilton was buzzing to the beat of the Young Talent Show, an event organized by the Congolese Community of Hamilton. The afternoon featured the participation of 25 young people, divided into four categories: Music/Instrument, Art/Painting, Sports, and Dance.
A varied and dynamic program
From the very first minutes, the atmosphere was festive: a welcome address, the national anthem, inspiring speeches… and then it was time for the heart of the event—the performances. One after another, the young artists, athletes, and dancers dazzled the audience with their passion, creativity, and energy.

At the end of the day, an awards ceremony was held to recognize the participants’ dedication and performance. The evening continued in a friendly and festive atmosphere, featuring a DJ and a networking session.

A Captivated Audience
More than a hundred people attended the event, including about fifteen newcomers to Hamilton. The energy and enthusiasm were palpable throughout the day, and each performance was met with enthusiastic applause. A buffet was also served, adding a warm and delicious touch to this lovely afternoon.
Renewed Support
The Hamilton's Welcoming French-Speaking Community (CFA) is proud to have supported this initiative for the second consecutive year. «It is a real pleasure for us to support initiatives like the Young Talent Show, which highlight the creativity and diversity of our Francophone youth.
