1.4 Project Description
The Blue Line is a self-guided tour that allows visitors to explore 26 points of interest in the city, highlighting the behind-the-scenes stories and anecdotes associated with each location. The points of interest are selected so that visitors can easily walk from one to the next, while highlighting the contributions of immigrant communities. For each point of interest, additional information is available to visitors, either via a QR code on-site or on the project’s main page.
The Blue Line was officially launched on Franco-Ontarian Day in 2022. Since then, there have been a few changes along the route, such as the closure of certain businesses (stops 4 and 5), and the QR code stickers have been removed.
However, visitors can still explore the entire *La Ligne bleue* series on the following page: "The Blue Line" in French
This page is also available in English: "The Blue Line" in English
